His trauma-informed approach emphasized compassionate leadership, crisis response, and team resilience.

Community & Creative Work

Over the last 15+ years, Monty has volunteered with organizations such as the U.S. Army, The Salvation Army, POCCAN, Rainbow Center, and numerous LGBTQ+ local nonprofits—bringing his leadership to programs aimed at poverty alleviation, mental health support, and youth empowerment.

Outside of his consulting work, Monty is an artist, singer, writer, and fashion enthusiast, often collaborating with creatives in his local community on expressive projects. When not building strategy or guiding organizational change, you’ll find him volunteering, creating music, or supporting emerging artists and social causes.
